Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

> Cancellation can be done within 12 hours of the order placed. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

> All the purchases will be non-refundable.

WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS.

> Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR IF THERE IS A SIZE ISSUE, A reverse pick up will be generated as soon as we receive a request for exchange. The reverse pick up will be done within 48hrs of request generated. We will dispatch the garment as soon as we receive the orginal garment back.

> WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE IF THE DRESS DOESNT SUIT YOU & WE ALSO DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT.

> 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

> If the wrong garment is being sent to you, which might happen sometimes while packing the product. PLEASE CALL US ON OUR EXCHANGE NUMBER +91-9571710032 for a smooth exchange process.

· Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.

> For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The number of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

> Please maintain the price tag on the outfit and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for the exchange.

> The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also, the garment should be properly folded and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.

> Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.

> All the sale & discounted purchase is non-exchangeable.

> Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria)

> (Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)

> We ship from our Jaipur office, shipping is currently free for our Indian Costumer, once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, It is usually delivered within 7-10 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY BY AMBRAEE

> Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/ fulfill and must cancel.We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include the limitation on quantity available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product and pricing information, or problem identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged the said amount, will be reserved back in your card account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the ambaree and accept the Ambraee's decision regarding the cancellation.
