Unprofessional !The terms and conditions on the order page mention no clause on exchange amount.Even after sharing screenshot from the order details page ambrae expects you to go their website and check the terms and conditions.The exchange product was billed with a different amount even though its a tax fraud.While asking for refund amount ,they said now the product is on sale even though the price was mentioned as original price and legally you cannot charge different amount than the final bill. The owners really need a lesson in business and customer service.Also the sizes are screwed as well.If you order xl ,the standard medium size suit will come with an xl tag.Its run by people without any knowledge of where they are listing , what is mentioned on the order page, how pricing and taxation works,standard sizing charts and definitely no idea of customer service since they don't even own up the mistakes and justify with lame logic.
