AMBRAEE Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Purpose:
At Ambraee, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Note: By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exclusions: Discounted or sale products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable during sales periods.

Process:

  • Requests to be submitted via ‘Submit for Returns and Exchanges’ in the Get Support section or via [Return Request Link].

  • For manufacturing defects:

    • Customers must provide clear photos/videos for verification.

    • Reverse pickup charges are waived if defect confirmed.

    • Initially, customers pay the reverse pickup fee to process the request.

    • Refunds/exchanges are processed after product verification.

Exchange / Return Fees:

  • Returns: ₹300 (reverse pickup)

  • Exchanges: ₹100 (pickup & delivery of new item)

  • Fees apply per order, not per item.

  • Maximum 3 products per order for exchange/return; beyond this, customers must pay additional charges or self-ship.


2. Refund & Store Credit Options

Store Credit: Valid for 90 days from date of issue.

Refunds:

  • Prepaid Orders → Original payment method

  • COD Orders → Bank transfer (details collected during request)

Exchanges:

  • Customer may choose:

    • Same product in a different size

    • A different product of choice

  • Price difference handling:

    • If new product costs more → customer pays difference

    • If costs less → balance refunded (store credit or original method)

  • Note: Once exchanged, the same order cannot be returned/exchanged again.


3. Process & Timelines

  • Pickup scheduled within 24 hours of request.

  • Pickup completed within 72 hours.

  • Returns reach us in 7–10 days.

  • Refunds/exchanges processed within 2–3 working days of product receipt.

  • Return request cannot be canceled once pickup is scheduled.

International Orders:

  • Customers arrange their own return shipping; reverse pickups unavailable outside India.


4. Orders & Payments

  • Global shipping available (with exceptions).

  • Quick processing: Orders dispatched promptly from Jaipur.

  • Multiple secure payment options supported.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Prepaid: Cancel within 24 hours for full refund.

  • COD: Cancel within 24 hours via +91-9828733355 / +91-9929977334.

  • If Ambraee cancels/adjusts order, team will notify customer immediately.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping across India (Prepaid & COD).

  • International shipping: Rates based on weight & destination; import duties/taxes payable by customer.

Dispatch Times:

  • Domestic: within 24 hours

  • International: 7–10 days

  • Delays: Customers informed within 24–48 hours if any

Tracking:

  • Unique tracking ID provided post-order confirmation.

Support:
