- Easy Exchanges: Need a different size or received a damaged item? No worries! You have a generous 7-day window from the delivery date to request an exchange.
- No Questions Asked Manufacturing Defect Policy: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we offer an exchange/return after verification of the issue.
- Nominal Exchange/Return Fee: A fee of ₹300 will be charged for normal exchanges to cover the cost of reverse pickup and new exchange order delivery. This fee is applicable one time per order.
- Returns: Returns are refunded as store credit, which is valid for 90 days.
