AMBRAEE Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Purpose:
At Ambraee, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review the policy carefully before placing your order.
Note: By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable. We strictly do not accept returns for a refund.

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or size issues and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exclusions: All sale/discounted items are non-exchangeable. Exchanges are not accepted for minor color variations (10-12%), pulled tassels, or personal style preferences.

  • Limit: Exchanges can be processed only once per order. Once an item is exchanged, the new order cannot be returned or exchanged again.


2. Exchange & Store Credit Options

  • Product Choice: You may exchange for the same product in a different size or a different product of your choice.

  • Price Difference Handling:

    • If the new product costs more, the customer pays the difference.

    • If the new product costs less, the balance will be issued as Store Credit (Refunds to original payment or bank are not applicable as per our no-refund policy).

  • Exchange Fee: A fee of ₹300 applies for the pickup and delivery of the exchanged item.

  • Store Credit Validity: You can opt for store credit for your return as well. Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

  • Store Credit Fee: A fee of ₹150 applies for the pickup for store credit return.


3. Process & Timelines

    • Request: Submit via the "Submit for Returns & Exchanges" section. For defects, clear photos/videos are mandatory.

    • Pickup: Completed within 72 hours of approval. Items must be unused, unwashed, and properly packed with all tags intact.

    • Completion: Exchanges are processed within 2–3 working days after the product reaches our warehouse.

International Orders:

  • Customers arrange their own return shipping; reverse pickups unavailable outside India.


4. Orders & Payments

  • Global shipping available (with exceptions).

  • Quick processing: Orders dispatched promptly from Jaipur.

  • Multiple secure payment options supported.

   Orders & Cancellations

  • 12-Hour Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • After-Hours/Sundays: For requests between 6 PM – 10 AM or on Sundays, you must email support@ambraee.com with the subject: "cancellation needed #order no".

  • Rights: Ambraee reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.


5. Shipping & Support

 

  • Domestic: Free shipping in India on eligible amounts (7–10 working days).

  • International: Customers are responsible for all customs duties and local taxes.
