Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
•    "Returns or exchanges are allowed only within 7 days of delivery."
•    Submit your return or exchange request using the 'Submit for Returns and Exchanges' option in 'Get Support' or directly through this link: https://ambraee.com/apps/ecoreturns.

•    Manufacturing Defect Coverage:
•    Provide clear photos/videos of the defect for verification. 
•    Once the defect is confirmed, we will waive the reverse pickup charges.
•    You must pay the reverse pickup charges initially to process the return or exchange.
•    Refund or exchange will be issued, subject to our terms and conditions. Refund will be processed to your original payment method after verification.

•    Exchange/Return Fee:
•    A ₹300 fee applies for returns and a ₹100 fee applies for exchanges, covering reverse pickup and delivery of the new item. 
•    This fee is charged once per order. 
•    You can exchange or return up to 3 products. 
•    For more than 3 products, you will need to either ship them back yourself to our address or pay extra charges for the additional returns or exchanges.

•    We offer two return options for you:
•    Store Credit: You'll receive store credit valid for 90 days.
•    Refund to Original Payment Method:
•    Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
•    COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account, which is provided by you at the time of refund request.

•    For exchanges, you can swap the product for the same item in a different size or choose a different product. If there’s a price difference, you’ll need to pay the extra amount. If the new product costs less, we will refund the difference, either as store credit or to your original payment method, based on your preference.

•    After receiving your return or exchange request, pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours.
•    Pickup will be completed within 72 hours of scheduling.
•    Note: Return request cannot be cancelled once the pickup is scheduled.
•    We usually receive the product within 7-10 days.
•    Once received, we will process the refund within 2-3 days or dispatch the exchanged product, if all conditions are met.
•    Once an order is exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
•    International orders must be returned via your own courier, as we cannot accept international returns or exchanges.
