Exchange & Return Policy

• Easy Exchange and Return: You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
• Manufacturing Defect Coverage: To process your claim, please provide clear photos or videos of the defect. Once verified, we will issue an exchange or refund.
• Exchange/Return Fee: A nominal fee of ₹300 applies for exchange/return. This covers reverse pickup and delivery of the new item. Charged only once per order.
• We offer two types of returns for your convenience:
  1. Store Credit: For returns, you will receive store credit valid for 90 days.
  2. Refund to original payment method:
•  Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.  
• COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account.
