At Ambraee, we take pride in our craftsmanship. To ensure the highest quality, our shipping timelines vary based on the collection:

1. Shipping Timelines
Standard Collection: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days.

Luxe Collection: Due to intricate craftsmanship and premium materials, Luxe pieces are shipped within 20–25 days from the date of purchase.

2. Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic (India): Enjoy Free Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above the minimum order value decided by the Ambraee marketing structure at the time of purchase.

International: Shipping fees are calculated by weight at checkout. Note: Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes. If delivery is refused or duties are unpaid, refunds will not be issued.

3. Tracking & Finality
Tracking: A unique tracking ID will be provided via email/SMS once your order is confirmed.

Policy Agreement: By purchasing, the customer agrees to accept Ambraee's final decision on all cancellation and exchange matters.
