Terms & Conditions
By completing a purchase at Ambraee, you agree to the following terms. We aim to keep your experience fuss-free and transparent.

1. Returns & Exchanges (Strict Policy)
No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable. We strictly do not accept returns for cash/bank refunds.

Exchanges: Accepted only for manufacturing defects or size issues within 7 days of delivery.

Sale Items: All discounted or sale purchases are Final Sale (non-exchangeable).

Exclusions: We do not exchange for minor color variations (10-12%), transit-related minor issues (like pulled tassels), or personal style preferences.

One-Time Only: Exchanges are processed only once per order.

2. Fees & Store Credit
Exchange Fee: A fee of ₹300 applies for pickup and delivery of the new item.

Store Credit: If the new item costs less than the original, the balance is issued as Store Credit (valid for 90 days).

Store Credit Fee: If opting for store credit instead of a direct exchange, a ₹150 pickup fee applies.

3. Quality Check & Process
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, properly folded, and have all original tags intact.

Reverse Pickup: Once approved, pickup is done within 48–72 hours.

Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong garment, call us immediately at +91-9571710032 for an instant fix.

4. Shipping & Cancellations
Cancellations: Must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. For after-hours or Sundays, email support@ambraee.com with your order number.

Domestic Shipping: Free within India on eligible marketing thresholds (Delivery: 7–10 working days).

International: Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Unpaid duties will result in a forfeited refund.

Ambraee Rights: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or fraud alerts.
